As Client Services Manager, Marie is dedicated to supporting clients and building strong, lasting relationships. Her highly awarded excellence in customer service and passion for finding solutions and solving problems, often sees Marie as the first point of contact for clients as she quickly builds rapport and trust.

Providing administration support to the Financial Planning team and playing a role in business process improvement, Marie is a team player driven by continual improvement.

Marie liaises with both internal and external stakeholders, manages privacy and accuracy of client files and provides timely and professional responses to client queries. She also provides training and support to the Administration team.

With an extensive work history in financial services, business operations and customer service, Marie is a dedicated and valued member of the Strategic team.

Out of the office, Marie prioritises her fitness with regular cardio and Pilates sessions and enjoys international travel and spending time with family and friends.
